Arsenal in for Granit – Concrete Bid Made?

According to several reports, which don’t look quite as made up as they usually do, we have formally bid anything from £33m to £50m for the Swiss midfielder Granit Xhaka .

According to one German journalist, we’re even at the ‘Dortmund want to sign a replacement before announcing the deal’ stage.

This made up stage doesn’t usually happen for while yet, so who knows, could it be a true-mour?

Jon Toral has been out on loan at Birmingham all season, and won all of the end of season awards, including goal of the season after an impressive season.

The 21 year old midfield maestro is determined to break into the first team at Arsenal, and said: ‘I think I’m ready but it’s not for me to decide, you need someone to give you the chance at that level and it’s up to Arsenal to decide if I’m ready or not. As a player, the next step is playing at the highest level and that’s the Premier League…”

Denmark Beckons for Legend…

After a less than sparkling managerial career, Tony Adams is in talks to take over at Danish side Brondby.

Adams managerial career has been more miss than hit, trying his luck at Wycombe, Portsmouth and away in Azerbaijan with Baku Rovers…
