Usually, getting a draw away at an in-form team, with an in-form player who can’t seem to miss at the moment would be a bonus point gained.

However, the manner in which we capitulated after being 2-0 up made this game feel like a defeat, despite coming back from 3-2 down to draw, with Andy Carroll getting a 5 minute hat trick, 2 in the first half, one straight after the break.

Ozil and Sanchez had put us two up, and things were going great, until Andy Carroll who should have seen red during the game, bundled his way to an unlikely hat trick.

As always, we were winning, let them back in, and then were left chasing the game despite coasting and even playing well at 2-0 up.

However, all was not lost when Kos the Boss struck to make it 3-3. Depressingly Spurs and Leicester both won on the Sunday to push us even further away from any miraculous tilt at the league…

Rumours that Pep Guardiola wants Mikel Arteta when he takes over in the summer at Man City. Arteta who will be out of contract, could join City as first team coach. There are also rumours he could join Spurs in the same role, not Man City first team coach of course.
