Up for the Cup… Rosicky Out Again etcs…

Arsenal 2-1 Burnley…

With many players rested, this game was a potential banana skin for a squad fairly low on confidence after no wins in 3 previous games. An early goal for Calum Chambers put us ahead only for us to be pegged back to 1-1. However, Alexis Sanchez, playing his first full game since November chalked up the winner to see us in to the fourth round…

Super Tom Crocked Again…
Tomas Rosicky came on as sub late on against Burnley but his comeback was short lived. He’s picked up a thigh injury and will be out for four weeks. Many people questioning whether or not he’ll play in the red and white of Arsenal again…

Saints in Town…

HUGE game tomorrow night with the visit of Southampton. With Liverpool hosting Leicester we have the chance to get back to winning ways in the league, and with City playing Leicester this coming weekend, we desperately need all six points going into a run which sees us playing a few tricky games.

AW confirmed today we have the same squad which played against Burnley, just without Tomas Rosicky. He also said Jack Wilshere has had no setback, but is still four weeks away from playing…

FA Cup Draw…

After the final game of the round, we were drawn against Hull City again. You may remember we beat them last season en route to the final, and also beat the in the final the year before. Second best tie of the round sees Chelsea play Man City…

Arsenal 0-1 Chelsea…

Sorry, ran out of battery, no report available.
