Arsenal shareholder Piers Morgan has taken to social media to claim France international striker Olivier Giroud will no longer be a first team starter at Arsenal, without realising nobody cares what he thinks.
Over recent weeks, Theo Walcott has been playing out of his skin and helped us to secure a hard fought win against Swansea with two goals in a 3-2 victory on Saturday.
Though, Walcott also missed a few chances, one at the end which would have put us top of the league showing he still has a lot of work to do to realise his obvious potential. He needs to learn how to make the right decision every time, scoring at least eight goals in ten chances to be regarded as a world-class hitman.
The 3-2 victory over Swansea at the weekend, saw us leapfrog Spurs into second place, despite the two time top flight winners still being unbeaten thanks to a late goal from Delle Ali at West Brom. We are now joint top with Manchester City who also drew, with Everton, and we’re now just behind on goal difference, by a single goal.
Giroud has been out of action for a few games, with a ‘toe injury’ but we’ll hopefully see him back in action this week, with the visit of Ludogorets in the Champions League, then back to Premier League action with the visit of Middlesbrough at the weekend.
However, celebrity bellend; Morgan, has now predicted the French international striker will be facing a stiff competition to get his first team place back, due to the team performing brilliantly since his injury.
He said after the Saturday clash against Swansea:

It’s back to Champions League action on Wednesday night on BT Sport with the visit of Ludogoret Razgrad, a win would see us with a great chance of qualifying to get knocked out by Munich or Barcelona in the next round. Theo Walcott knows it won’t be easy, and said:
“I’ll be digging into the players and all the players know that there are no givens in football these days. We’ve struggled against Olympiakos at home in times gone by…”
