You won’t believe what this agent said about the way Arsenal does transfers!
Transfers September 21, 2016So many teams were busy this transfer window bolstering their squads and shipping out the deadwood, including our very own Arsene Wenger, who brought in the likes of Xhaka, Asano, Kelechi, Holding, Mustafi and Perez.
Wenger was always after a star striker to partner Olivier Giroud up front and turned late on, to Lucas Perez from Deportivo la Coruna. His record spoke for itself, with 17 goals last season, and 2 goals already in his Arsenal account.
Despite on one start, and not quite finding his feet until last night, it’s clear that Arsene Wenger already sees Perez as the main man to help us end our search for a Premier League title.
However, not everyone is so keen on Arsene Wenger’s bargain hunting, and so-called ‘super-agent’ Mino Raiola who brokered some recent deals in the last transfer window, including the overpriced muck which ended up at Man United such as Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
The agent has revealed his disdain for our transfer business, and Sky Germany journalist Kaveh Solhekol said on his twitter account:
Mino Raiola not impressed with Arsenal’s transfer policy: “They have money but do they have balls?” Arsenal spent £88m this summer

I personally think most Arsenal fans are happy with our transfer dealings this window, aside from it being done slightly later that we’d like. Let’s hope Sir Wenger can prove to Raiola that it’s not how much you spend but how you spend it…
