International Watch…
Jack Wilshere somehow remained on the bench during England’s last gasp win over Wales in Lille, while Mesut Ozil was booked during Germany’s 0-0 draw with Poland. Olivier Giroud didn’t score for France against Albania, while Koscielny played 90 mins and helped France to a win and clean sheet. Meanwhile in the Copa America, Alexis Sanchez has helped Chile to a semi-final, with some outstanding performances…

Britain’s Favourite Football Chants…
During Euro16, there’s been plenty of amusing chants, mainly from country’s taunting the English fans, Ireland fans who sang: “Please don’t start a riot” and “Someone phone the Russians” and such like. My own personal favourite chant recently was the Podolski chant, this was sang all the way through the game where we beat Fulham away and plenty other away days.

Also, the Mesut Ozil chant seems to work well, but the West Ham fans remain unhappy we’ve ‘stolen’ it, and so have everyone else, Spurs singing Delle Ali is better than Mesut Ozil, and after his performance yesterday against Wales, you’d be hard pressed to take them seriously, not that we ever did.

Anyway, for a good selection of songs, there’s a new app for that: http://www.mobilephonesdirect.co.uk/blog/euro-2016-sing-when-winning

Rumour Mill…
Isaac Haydn is apparently on Hull City’s radar, the youngster is said to be wanted by QPR, and a move could be wrapped up pretty soon. Also, the Mikel Arteta to Man City rumour gathers pace, as it looks like he’ll join Pep Gaurdiola as part of this management team.
