Well, It’s Not a No. Yet.
So it looks likes the ball is basically in Jamie Vardy’s court regarding a potential move to Arsenal.
Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri said: “We want to keep him but Arsenal have said they will pay the full release clause, but he hasn’t accepted yet. He gets the last word…”
The rumours are that Vardy will make his final decision after England’s involvement in the European Championships, so next Monday night then, or sooner if them pesky Russian hooligans play up again…

Decision Imminent…?
Links also continue to not go away regarding Borussia Dortmund’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who is reportedly another target for Arsene Wenger. It’s thought the German’s will decide this week on his future.
Non-Champions Leaguer’s Liverpool and Man United are also set to be sniffing around and its looking increasingly likely the player may choose Man United, obviously not an EastEnders fan then…
Signing Confirmed?
Nigerian youngster Kelechi Nwakali is said to have signed for Arsenal, and will wear the number 25 shirt, no official confirmation as yet though. The Star report it as done though…
European Championship Round Up…
Things are going pretty well for the Arsenal players involved in the Euros as we are half way through the first round of games.
Granit Xhaka put in a decent shift for Switzerland as they beat his brother’s Albania 1-0 on Saturday, the Swisser taking the Man of the Match award.
Jack Wilshere came on as sub during England’s 1-1 draw with Russia. Oli G scored a goal for France, Koscielny played 90 mins in their 2-0 win over Romania.
Ozil assisted for Germany (of course), Cech’s Czechs lost 1-0 to Spain, Petr Cech making a fine string of saves, but couldn’t keep out their last minute winner, with Tomas Rosicky unlucky not to win a penalty (and even luckier not to score an own goal). It looks like Woijech is injured after his game for Poland.
Aaron Ramsey came up with some sort of unintentional shin assist for Wales winner, while Hector Bellerin was an unused sub for Spain…
